How do I contact GrizzliesStore.com with any questions I may have?

How do I know that you received my order?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation after placing your order. This confirmation will summarize your order.


When will I receive my order?
Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days of order confirmation. Our default shipping method is FedEx Express Ground. Actual delivery times will vary based on method of shipping and your geographic location.


How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive notification via e-mail. The e-mail will include a FedEx tracking number that will enable you to track your package. You can track your package shipping status. Visit www.fedex.com to check the delivery status of your order.


Can I personalize my jersey order?
Yes, you can customize your authentic or replica jersey! Personalized jerseys require an additional 48 hours for production. This production time will be added to the normal 7 – 10 business days of processing and shipping. Customers must check the appropriate size needed and the correct spelling of the name that will appear on the jersey before finalizing order. All sales of personalized jerseys or other personalized items are final.


What payment options do you offer?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.


What is your return policy?
We are committed to total customer satisfaction. If your order does not meet with your expectation, simply send us a request within 10 day of confirmed delivery. Requests must include a description of the merchandise and a detailed reason for the request. Customers will be notified, via email, regarding the status and /or authorization of return requests along with return instructions. Memphisgrizzliesden.com is not responsible for merchandise that has been damaged during shipment. All sales of personalized jerseys or any other personalized items are final. Will I have to pay the shipping for the item(s) I wish to return?
Yes, after the shipment is delivered any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Review Return Policy details.


What if I need to cancel my order?
We can cancel your order if we receive your request prior to shipping. Send requests for order cancellation to our service department here. Once your order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.


If I received only part of my order, do I have to pay additional shipping charges on the remaining part of the order?
Shipping charges are based on the weight of the order, therefore, you are not charged shipping costs on unshipped items.


My order did not arrive, what should I do?
All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground and can be tracked using FedEx.com.


Do I have to pay tax on my order?
In accordance with Tennessee state law, we are required to collect 9.25% sales tax on all orders.


Do you ship overseas?
At this time, we will ship to the domestic USA, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and Spain.


Do I have to pay a duty or extra charge for delivery outside the United States?
Yes. International orders we are required by law to reveal the contents of international packages and to state the full value of the shipment, even if the package contains a gift. Customs charges may be levied when the package reaches your country. GrizzliesStore.com is not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information. If for any reason you do not pay your duty & tax bill, we will automatically charge your credit card for the full amount. Once your order is in transit, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
